To bring teams from Delhi, Nagpur, Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Bengaluru together for a three-day offsite that balanced focused training with leisure, celebration and time to connect outside the usual work setting.
WOW elements we created
We curated a smooth Goa experience that blended training sessions with resort-led activities, relaxed beachside moments, a gala dinner and a DJ evening near the shacks. With teams flying in from multiple cities, every part of the experience was planned to feel coordinated, easy and memorable from arrival to close.

Five cities. One coastline.
Teams flew in from Delhi, Nagpur, Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Bengaluru to a beachside welcome at Caravela. Branded T-shirts, custom mementos and caricature artists were waiting on the lawn; dinner ran late under string lights.

Even with a short turnaround and so many last-minute requests, the team stepped in and handled everything so smoothly.
