For most remote teams, 4–5 days is the ideal workation duration. It's long enough to complete meaningful work and build genuine team connection, but short enough to maintain business continuity. TreeMonks offers 3, 5, and 7-day workation packages depending on your team size and objectives.
A workation is a hybrid format — it includes structured co-working time during the day alongside team activities and social experiences. A traditional offsite is typically shorter (1–2 days) and focused primarily on activities or strategy sessions without dedicated work infrastructure. Workations are particularly suited to remote-first companies.

Yes. TreeMonks has managed workations for remote teams with members flying in from Singapore, Dubai, the US, and across India. We coordinate group logistics including travel, accommodation, and on-ground coordination to ensure your team arrives ready to work and connect.
We recommend a minimum of 15 people for a workation to justify the logistics and create meaningful group dynamics. We have delivered workations for groups as small as 12 and as large as 350. For teams under 15, we can recommend alternative formats.
Corporate workation pricing depends on destination, duration, and team size. As a guide, domestic workations in India typically range from ₹8,000–₹18,000 per person per night all-inclusive. A 5-day Goa workation for 30 people would typically fall in the ₹12L–₹18L range. International workations start from approximately ₹45,000 per person.
