1. Service Description

TreeMonks by Tyndis ("Company") provides corporate event planning, team offsite organization, retreat management, and related hospitality services. Our services include but are not limited to venue sourcing, itinerary design, logistics coordination, team-building facilitation, and on-ground event management across India and select international destinations.

By engaging our services or using this website, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Booking Terms

All bookings are subject to the following conditions:

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed proposal and advance payment as specified in the proposal document.
• The advance payment (typically 40-50% of the total estimated cost) is required to secure venue reservations and vendor commitments.
• Final headcount and any modifications must be communicated at least 14 business days before the event date.
• The balance payment is due 7 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Pricing is based on the information provided at the time of proposal. Changes in headcount, venue, or requirements may result in revised pricing.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations are subject to the following schedule:

Cancellation fees reflect non-recoverable costs including venue deposits, vendor commitments, and travel arrangements already made on the Client's behalf. Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate attendee information, dietary requirements, and accessibility needs in a timely manner.
• Ensure participants adhere to venue rules, safety guidelines, and local regulations during events.
• The Client is responsible for any damage caused by attendees to venue property or equipment during the event.
• Obtain necessary travel insurance for all participants, particularly for adventure activities and international events.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific event in question. The Company is not liable for acts of third-party vendors, venue conditions beyond our control, or force majeure events.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, and design elements, is the property of TreeMonks by Tyndis or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
